The main level has a full kitchen, combined dining and living area with a fireplace, ½ bath, and a large master bedroom with a full bath and Jacuzzi tub. The lower level has two private bedrooms along with a 'bunk room', full bath, and laundry facilities. This floor plan offers privacy for families vacationing together or gives the children a space of their own. All housekeeping utensils, towels, and bed linens are provided.

 

The large deck is equipped with patio furniture and a gas grill and offers panoramic views of the lake and grounds.  The sand beach and large play area of this estate are incredible. The beach is shared with two other cabins located on the property and offers a gentle slope into the water with a raft close to shore for younger children and a raft further out into the lake for more experienced swimmers. There is no life guard present so swimming is at your own risk. Lawn furniture and beach toys are provided for your use, including paddle boats, kayaks, etc.

 

Fawn Lake observes a 'no wake' policy, which means no gas motors allowed. This tradition has been followed for over 60 years resulting in one of the best fisheries for bass and bluegill in Wisconsin. A row boat is provided for your use on Fawn Lake along with life vests and boat cushions, there is no boat launch. There are two other lakes, Lumen and Island, adjacent to the property with several 'community' boats available on a first come first served basis.
